Application Information

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application.

Once your completed application and application fee have been received, you will receive the Official Pageant Handbook, which includes everything you need to prepare for an exciting and successful pageant experience.

*The $100.00 application fee goes towards your $350.00 registration fee.*

I understand that Jr. High, High School and Collegiate state winners are REQUIRED to attend the national pageant. The national entry fees will be covered by the state director. Should I win and cannot attend the national pageant (even in the case of medical emergencies), I must relinquish the title to the 1st runner up in my age group and all future prizes. (Type Yes)

I understand that Elementary divisions may be combined if there are less than 3 contestants for age group. Elementary can attend nationals optionally at their own expense. Elementary may compete in other systems while holding title. I understand elementary prize package is different than senior division prize package. Type (yes, no, n/a)

To have your application considered, please submit the nonrefundable $100 application fee (plus %3.49 transaction fee if you click goods and service) via PayPal to MissMichHSA@gmail.com.

After submitting your payment, please send an email to the pageant office confirming your payment.

Once your application and application fee have been received, your registration will be reviewed. You will then receive a confirmation email along with your official Contestant Handbook and additional information to help you prepare for the Miss Michigan HSA Pageant.
