I understand that Jr. High, High School and Collegiate state winners are REQUIRED to attend the national pageant. The national entry fees will be covered by the state director. Should I win and cannot attend the national pageant (even in the case of medical emergencies), I must relinquish the title to the 1st runner up in my age group and all future prizes. (Type Yes/No)

I understand that should I win the state title in Jr. High, High and Collegiate Age Divisions, I will not be allowed to compete in any other pageants throughout year. (until after the national pageant July 2025). This includes local, glitz, community, (etc.) pageants (Type Yes/No)
